Can you tell we are a bit keen on coconut? Not only is it yummy, but the coir is crazy versatile and keeps sneaking into our kitchen.
We have mentioned that the Kamenoko Tawashi Brush was invented by Mr Seizaemon Nishio in 1907.
However, 1907 was not such a great year for mugs (or so I heard).
2017, we have a lot of mugs. If only there was an effective cleaning brush for them … Wait there is!
The Save Some Green Tawashi “Mug” Brush (I need to work on the name) is the sustainable, biodegradable Mega Mug Cleaning brush.
Its a cracker!
And of course, you can use it to clean anything. Not just mugs. The super groovy shape makes the whole experience that little bit nicer.
When it finally retires from cleaning, chuck it in the compost. Brilliant!

This is my third order for these. Unbeatable for cleaning and scouring. makes light work of my griddle pan and all the charred on food!

These mug brushes are cleverly designed to get to awkward places. They last for months and months and when they’re eventually past their best, I use for scrubbing vegetables.
