Use

1 jar lasts one person approximately 3 months (a little goes a long way).

Use a dry toothbrush or utensil to scoop a small amount onto your toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes, avoiding swallowing.

Keep out of direct sunlight and replace lid firmly after use.

Not suitable for children under 7 due to essential oils, so keep out of their reach.
