‘Cause I like … Birds!

Even if you’re not that familar with the Eels, The Big Garden Birdwatch 2023 is on Friday 27 till Sunday 29 January.
As the RSPB says this yearly occuring event is ‘fun, free and for everyone. And you don’t need a garden to take part!’
All you need to do is keep track of all the birds you see land on one particular patch over one hour and let the RSPB know the results.
Even if you know nothing about birds, they have handy pictured lists to name the ones you see.
By participating, you ‘help monitor how our UK birds are faring in the face of the nature and climate emergency’ and ‘will be taking action to protect our birds for generations to come,’ as the RSPB quite clearly puts it.
